Reynolds Towing service was founded in 1980 by Greg Reynolds, and has grown from a one-man/one-truck operation to the largest towing company in central Illinois. Serving the Community 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year, as well as being a registered provider with the Cities of Champaign and Urbana respectively, the University of Illinois, Champaign and Piatt County Sheriffs' Departments and the Illinois State Police, we utilize the latest in towing technology and equipment.

Our uniformed personnel includes 20 full-time drivers extensively trained in the use of towing equipment, to best serve the needs of the consumer efficiently and safely. Our extensive inventory of equipment includes 10 one-ton tow trucks (including two 4-wheel drives), 3 medium-duty vehicles, 4 flat beds, 4 heavy-duty tow trucks, 2 semi-tractors and a drop-deck and Landoll trailer respectively. The largest tow truck in the fleet is a 60-Ton Rotator. Our business is tuned to the towing and recovery of semi tractor-trailers, medium-duty vehicles, passenger vehicles of all makes and models and flatbed transportation of all types up to and including most pieces of industrial machinery.

Our business is centrally located to the cities of Champaign and Urbana, which enhances our ability to serve the University of Illinois campus area. We are not only located on the Champaign-Urbana MTD Bus route, but are within easy walking distance of many campus locations. In addition we have the ability to serve customers in need of service to and from the Chicago, St. Louis and Indianapolis metropolitan areas, to name a few.
